Procedure

PART B: Mill Ingredient 7 with Ingredients 8 and 9, mix until homogenous. PART A: Mix PART A ingredients in a suitable vessel, heat to 75°C. With continuous stirring, slowly add PART B into PART C, heat batch to 75°C.  This is PART B/C. Add PART A to PARTS B/C with stirring and continue mixing until uniform. Homogenize using an “IKA Ultra Turrax T25 basic” homogenizer at 11,000 rpm for 30-45 seconds, while maintaining a temperature of 75°C.  Cool batch to 70-60°C, add Carbopol Aqua SF-1 Polymer with stirring.  Mix until uniform. Cool batch to 60-50°C, neutralize to pH of 6.8-7.0 with Ingredient 12.  Mix until uniform.  Cool batch to <40°C, add Ingredient 13, mix until uniform.
